SHIPPING POLICY

Products ship the day after the order.

Order delivery 

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Bisaccia Dario and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender any shipping costs, charged to Bisaccia Dario, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Ship date 

Orders are shipped by Bisaccia Dario, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. We would like to remind our new customers that Onestreet can ask PayPal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Bisaccia Dario reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following that on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.
In all cases onestreet.it reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events occur with force majeure.

Trade Policy 

Bisaccia Dario reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that PayPal is unable to receive a verification from the Customer's bank.

Bisaccia Dario reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.

Expedition 

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made through Bartolini. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped from Onestreet Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be handled starting from the following Monday morning.

Shipments Bisaccia Dario are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
